UnitedMasters turned heads when Memphis teenager NLE Choppa turned down several multimillion dollars offers from major record labels to join our team. He chose UM in part because of our ability to support his creative vision and build a content strategy around his music.

For his debut EP Cottonwood, we created a surreal short film that brought viewers through his life story as he experienced it in the deeper recesses of his mind. We shot the film on location in the streets he grew up on, with his family members and friends playing co-star. Each song on his EP was woven seamlessly into the story. Over four days on the ground we created the film and four music videos which have so far totaled over 40 million views on YouTube.
