When George Floyd’s killing galvanized a protest movement UnitedMasters young and diverse artist community stepped up to the plate and provided the soundtrack for the movement. We recognized that many of these artists were also in the streets and on the front lines pushing for social justice in their community. So we partnered with Cash App to select one artist every day making music for a cause and award them with the cash to keep doing their work and a donation to a social justice organization of their choice.

We gave away over $100,000 over 25 days to artists around the country and organizations like Black Lives Matter, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, and Color For Change. You can check out the winning artists and their stories here.
